We are proud to be with a private client within the Mental Health Sector and are currently looking for a Unit (RGN) Nursing Manager. 

This client has a 33 bed hospital and requires a candidate to have the following key competencies:

• To form part of the specialist nursing team to deliver clinical services to residents with complex neuro-disability.

• To work closely with the broader MDT (both internal and external)

• Participate in teaching and training junior staff and other clinical staff groups.

• The candidate must have the ability to demonstrate excellent management and leadership skills.

• Should have an excellent working knowledge of care work and national minimum care standards.

• Should have a Registered Nurse qualification.

• Experience in managing Neuro-disability and neuro-respiratory conditions, including managing long-term tracheostomy care.

• Candidate must be currently working in a managerial role for at least two years



The candidate should have the ability to work flexibly as required by the company, which may include emergency shift cover during the nights and weekends.

This role reports to the General Manager.
