We are honoured to be working working with a private neurological centre which provides specialist inpatient rehabilitation and complex disability management services for men and women who have complex neurological conditions including acquired brain injury, spinal injury as well as neuroprogressive conditions who are currently offering a Senior Occupational Therapist.

Job Description:

• Caring for people of all ages who are living with neurological and long-term conditions, including those living with physical disabilities and recovering from traumatic injuries, and providing a high level of personal and rehabilitative care
• Completing assessments, planning sessions and implementing interventions
• Evaluating outcomes aligned to care plans
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
• Implement and develop evidence-based therapeutic activities to support service users' care plans

You’ll be supported by a team of colleagues ready to lend a hand and work together to a common goal. No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.

Requirements:

• Current HCPC registration and BAOT membership
• Experience of working within a similar setting
• Experience managing a team
