We are delighted to be working with a private centre in Hertfordshire who specialise specialises in both active and longer-term rehabilitation are currently offering a 'Senior Occupational Therapist' position.
You will be working within the multidisciplinary team at a private hospital and help people build a brighter future.

As a Senior Occupational Therapist from the NHS or private sector, you'll join the team  working 37.5 hours as part of the multidisciplinary team providing senior clinical support to the MDT and delivering training to direct reports.

Job Description:

• Caring for people of all ages who are living with neurological and long-term conditions, including those living with physical disabilities and recovering from traumatic injuries, and providing a high level of personal and rehabilitative care
• Completing assessments, planning sessions and implementing interventions
• Evaluating outcomes aligned to care plans
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
• Implement and develop evidence-based therapeutic activities to support service users' care plans
• You’ll be supported by a team of colleagues ready to lend a hand and work together to a common goal. No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.

Requirements:

• Current HCPC registration and BAOT membership
• Experience of working within a similar setting
• Experience managing a team
