We are delighted to be working with a private hospital who is looking for an acute consultant psychiatrist.
which is made up of a 51-bed secure unit with both MSU and LSU wards for male patients as well as one 15 bed male non-secure acute ward and one 14 bed male non-secure acute ward.
As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will take on RC responsibility for 10-12 patients on one hospital ward. The RC will have the support of a non-consultant grade doctor as well as secretarial support.
Working with an established multi-professional team, you will deliver individualised care have access to a large and supportive peer group of like-minded professionals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensure that people admitted are assessed, treated, and discharged safely
• Medication management
• Quality assurance, complaints and co-production
• Delivery of NICE guidance
• Lead and manage the CPA and ICR process to ensure full compliance with quality standards
